Diagnosis and repair of hardware and software faults in laptops — from a machine that will not turn on to one that overheats, slows down or shuts itself off.

Desktop repairs
Desktop PC service — crashes, failure to boot, noise, faults after an upgrade, plus cleaning and thermal paste replacement.

- Fault after a component upgrade
- Noise, dust and thermal paste replacement
- Replacing the PSU, fans or cooling
Laptop screen replacement
Replacing a broken, cracked, flickering or stained screen. The panel is matched to your exact model — size, resolution and connector type.
We also handle:
- Broken or cracked screen
- Stains, lines or flickering
- Screen stays dark although the PC is running
- Hinge or bezel replacement
Battery and charger replacement
A battery that has swollen, will not hold a charge or will not charge at all, plus original and compatible chargers matched to your model.
We also handle:
- Battery will not hold a charge
- Swollen battery
- The PC only runs while plugged in
- A charger that stopped working or a broken connector

Tell us what happened
On WhatsApp or by phone. A description of the fault and the model is enough for us to work out the next step.

The device reaches us
By courier, or we come to you — whichever suits you. We arrange it in advance.

Inspection and quote
We inspect and give you a quote to approve. The inspection fee is credited against the repair if you approve it. Work begins only after approval.

It comes back working
After the repair the device is tested and returned to you, and we explain exactly what was done.

That is fine — most enquiries start that way. Describe what happens (will not turn on, overheating, broken screen, will not hold a charge) and we will tell you the next step. If there is nothing to be done, we will say that too.
