The graphics card is usually the bottleneck, but not always — an old processor limits even a new card. We work out which of the two is holding you back before you buy.
Loud and running hot?
Dust, dried-out thermal paste and blocked airflow drop clock speeds under load. Sometimes it is a cleaning, sometimes it is cooling that never fit in the first place.
Out of drive space?
Add a drive or move to a faster one. A drive with DRAM stays fast even as it fills up — and that is the difference you feel in load times.
Not sure what fits?
That is the most common question, and exactly why we check first. Socket, clearance inside the case, power connectors on the supply and peak draw — all checked against your PC.

By courier, or we come to you — whichever suits you. We arrange it in advance.

Inspection and quote
We inspect and give you a quote to approve. The inspection fee is credited against the repair if you approve it. Work begins only after approval.

It comes back working
After the repair the device is tested and returned to you, and we explain exactly what was done.
